Basti – iron storage shelf with hooks, antique brass

Hooks, hats and a stack of folded blankets all land on Basti. Every length of iron is soldered by hand and then hammered to a rustic antique brass, which gives the frame a quietly industrial line suited to a hallway, boot room or kitchen wall. The slatted top leaves what you store in plain sight, while the rail underneath takes the daily coming and going.

• Iron, hand-soldered, with a hand-hammered rustic antique brass finish
• 26 x 120 x 25cm (height x width x depth)
• Approximate weight 6kg
• Six hooks that slide freely along the lower rail
• Wall hung, carried on three brackets
• Open slatted shelf top, ready for blankets, baskets, books or hats
• To stop dust building up, wipe with a soft, dry cloth
• Not suitable for use in a bathroom
• Made in India

Six hooks slide freely along the lower rail, so the spacing changes with whatever is hanging from it. The frame runs 120cm on three brackets, and it is not one for a bathroom.
