A maker earns a place by publishing a real specification: material, dimensions, weight, where it was made, and what happens when something breaks. Most will not, which is how a catalogue of forty stays at forty.
What survives that test tends to be the sort of thing you buy once and then stop having to think about.

Delivery is free to any United Kingdom address with no minimum order. We pack and send within 1 to 2 business days and Royal Mail takes 2 to 4, so 3 to 6 business days from order to doorstep.
If it turns out to be wrong, the prepaid label is already in the box. You have 14 days, sending it back costs nothing, and the refund is with you within 5 business days of the parcel reaching us.

Article numbers, printed
Every listing shows the maker's own model or article number, and the EAN where one is published. Check either against the brand before you spend anything.
Specifications, not adjectives
Centimetres, grams, fibre content, bulb caps, load limits. Lifted from the maker's published data rather than written to sound appealing.
The awkward facts too
The hob it will not work on. The throw that is dry clean only. The pendant that arrives without a bulb. If a fact is inconvenient it still goes on the page.

When will it arrive?
Three to six business days in total: 1 to 2 business days for us to pack and send, then 2 to 4 with Royal Mail. We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom.
What does delivery cost?
Nothing, on every order, with no minimum spend.
Can I send something back?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, and it costs you nothing. The prepaid label is already in the box, and the refund reaches you within 5 business days of the parcel reaching us.
Will you swap it instead?
Yes, in the same 14-day window and at no cost. There is no restocking fee either way.
Is this genuine branded stock?
Yes. Every listing carries the manufacturer's own model or article number and, where the maker publishes one, the EAN barcode. Either can be checked on the brand's own website.
Do the lamps come with bulbs?
It varies, and each listing says which. Some include an LED bulb, some take an E27 you buy separately, and the UMAGE pieces have a sealed LED panel with no bulb at all.
